MONSTER MOVIE MEMORIES book release party! Mister Lobo's Midnite Spook Show took place Saturday, May 15th 2004, at The Crest Theater in Sacramento.

Mister Lobo put on a GREAT show! What fun! I never thought I would ever see "House on Haunted Hill" on the BIG screen....and that was just part of the fun! Mister Lobo and his gang of wizards arranged for "Emergo" (that's where the skeleton flys over the audience, ok well...sorta, but trust me, it was WAY COOL!) We were nearly scared to death by a LIVE witch, floating in the theater isles along with a LIVE masked gorilla that actually stole a girl from the audience! We almost called 911..ok, not really, but then again, we had pretty much figured out Misiter Lobo's evil Castlesque scheme by that time and of course, Registered Naughty Nurses were on hand to help out those that opted for Whimp-o-vision glasses and just couldn't handle the FEAR...and speaking of glasses...The blood-o-vision glasses were fabulous...everything was drenched in GORY BLOOD! how scary!!! Ok, it was more FUN than scary...but what fun! Speaking of BLOOD, somehow, through his amazing hypnotic powers, or uh...something...Mister Lobo was able to make BLOOD rain on the audience at the key scene where blood drips from the ceiling in "House on Haunted Hill"! It was really somethin, lemme tell ya. The end of the show even wrapped with Mister Lobo wearing that weird, strange, skeleton puppeteering device that Vincent Price wears at the end of the movie, you know...when he KILLS HIS WIFE WIFE WITH A SKELETON PUPPET...yep...yeah...uh...weird...but WONDERFUL. We all really enjoyed the show and I thank Mister Lobo for allowing us to be a part of it, and to conduct our release party / book signing at the event! It was an awesome tribute to William Castle and to Vincent Price...Super Job Mister Lobo and crew! Visit the Cinima Insomnia website at www.cinemainsomnia.com.
